toonid isn't passing for some reason

need to fix gw-pull as everything is going by id now

mainly for web browsers that don't natively support the input type=date (looking at you firefox!)

also, placeholder date is Nightfalls release date.

gw-pull is sort of broken right now. maybe a 3rd inner join will fix it?

using an html 5 specific input option of "number" only, in theory limited to 4 digits.

removed locid validation code

and added initial code for the runes block as well

and yes I know I haven't done the rune block yet. shut up I'll do it when I want.
